Customers can cancel their order within 2–5 minutes after placing it.
Once the restaurant has started preparing the food, the order cannot be cancelled.
If the ordered item is unavailable or delivery is not possible, the restaurant or Foodvillage may cancel the order.
In such cases, customers will be notified immediately, and refunds (for prepaid orders) will be processed.
Once cancellation is confirmed, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will only be made to the original payment method used at the time of ordering.
If the delivery rider has already reached the customer’s location, the order cannot be cancelled.
Foodvillage reserves the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent, invalid, or suspicious.
